Information We Collect

When you submit a contact form on our website, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message. Form submissions are processed on our behalf by Formspree. If you email or call us directly, we retain that correspondence. If you schedule a meeting through our booking link, scheduling information is collected through Microsoft Bookings.

We also collect website usage data through the analytics services described below, including pages visited, clicks, scrolls, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, and device information. Short links on go.harvestadvisorygroup.com record clicks and related technical information so we can measure which materials people respond to; these records are not used to identify or build profiles of individual visitors.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, communicate with you about our services, schedule and deliver services, operate and improve our website, and protect the security of our systems. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the information collected on this website for third-party advertising.

Our People-Spend Diagnostic

Our People-Spend Diagnostic, available through our website and embedded on the websites of firms we work with, collects your answers to the diagnostic questions and technical information about your visit — your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the time of your session — along with the results we generate. Your name, company, and email address are optional: we collect them only if you choose to receive a copy of your results or request a consultation. Your answers are processed by our own calculation logic, sessions are stored with our database provider, Supabase, and when you provide contact details, they and your results are delivered by email through Microsoft 365 — to us, and to you if you request a copy. The diagnostic is offered together with The Watch Dog Group, LLC, our employee benefits partner; if you provide contact details, they and your results are shared with The Watch Dog Group so that either firm can follow up with you. We use this information to generate your estimate, operate and improve the diagnostic, and follow up about our services. We retain these records for as long as they remain useful for those purposes, and we do not sell this information.

Analytics and Session Recording

We use Microsoft Clarity to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. Website usage data is captured using first- and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies, and we use this information to improve our website and for security purposes. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service that measures aggregate site traffic without using cookies or tracking individual visitors across websites.

Cookies

Microsoft Clarity sets cookies to distinguish returning visitors and record session activity. You can remove or block cookies through your browser settings; the website will continue to function if you do. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary cookies for security and bot-protection purposes.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common standard for interpreting these signals, our website does not respond to them at this time. Third parties that collect usage data on our website, described above, may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites or online services when you use our site.

Third Parties We Share Information With

We share information only with the service providers that operate parts of our website and business on our behalf: Formspree (contact form processing), Microsoft (Clarity analytics, Bookings scheduling, and Microsoft 365 email delivery), Supabase (database hosting for our People-Spend Diagnostic), and Cloudflare (website hosting, web analytics, and short-link routing). If you provide contact details through our People-Spend Diagnostic, they and your results are also shared with The Watch Dog Group, LLC, as described above. Each processes information under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Reviewing or Updating Your Information

You may request to review, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided to us by emailing info@harvestadvisorygroup.com. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time. Nevada residents may also use this address to submit a verified request directing us not to sell their covered information; as stated above, we do not sell personal information.

Children

Our website and services are directed to businesses and business professionals. They are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
