Acceptance

By using the People-Spend Diagnostic ("the diagnostic"), you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the diagnostic.

What the Diagnostic Does

The diagnostic generates directional estimates based on the information you provide. Outputs are estimates, not measurements, and are provided for informational purposes only. They are not legal, tax, financial, or benefits advice, and no advisory relationship is created or assumed by your use of the diagnostic. Decisions about your business should not be made on the basis of these results alone.

No Warranty

The diagnostic and its results are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Intellectual Property

The diagnostic, including its methodology, calculations, structure, and outputs, is the proprietary property of Harvest Advisory Group and its partners. You may use your own results for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, scrape, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the diagnostic's underlying methodology, and you may not use the diagnostic to build, train, or benchmark a competing product or service.

Acceptable Use

You agree to provide accurate information, use the diagnostic only for evaluating your own organization, and not interfere with its operation or security.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harvest Advisory Group's total liability arising out of or relating to the diagnostic will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100), and in no event will Harvest Advisory Group be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the diagnostic will be resolved exclusively in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic County, and each party bears its own attorneys' fees and costs.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date, and continued use of the diagnostic after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
